Besides providing great strategies for everyday leadership issues, there were parts that had me laughing and other parts that inspired me.

I thought for a few seconds."The biggest learning for me so far is that leadership development has to be elevated to the level of strategic initiatives—the same as marketing, product development, capital investments and other high level objectives. As a senior manager, the thing that I can impact the most in my business is developing leaders. So far, the results are proving that to be true. And I find that I am having fun again."
