It addresses several aspects of living - health, finances, relationships, and work. This faith-influenced book resonated with me on several quotes and I knew instantly where I needed to work on my life (you know, that little cringe in your gut when you KNOW it's talking about you?). It can be a dynamic tool to get you motivated and doing something to better your circumstances.
I was given this book to review and would recommend it for any person of any age in any circumstance.
