Each chapter in the book ends with a summary of what you learned in the chapter and need to know for the CompTIA Project+ 2009 exam. He also adds chapter related Interviews from people in the business, along with Quiz Questions and Exercises with solutions. The books CD includes a practice exam, PDF version of the book, and other stuff. The book is not dry to read as many project management books can be. It does a good job explaining and uses examples to help in the understanding of concepts. This book will help you pass your exam. Good luck.
